the executive club lounge staff were helpful attending to our needs with warm smiles and attention i appreciated the dedication to guest satisfaction shown it made our stay nice the breakfast was excellent and the pool area was beautifully maintained with staff always ready to assist guests the housekeeping team kept everything super clean with our room always perfectly clean

the pools were a highlight. i found ample loungers available. i had easy access to the beach from the hotel. the size of the room was excellent for my family. the room was well-appointed with modern amenities.
the lobby created high expectations. the rooms are a bit outdated, though still clean.

this hotel has perfect access to the main beach road. i saw various shopping malls within reasonable walking distance. accessing speedboat services to koh larn is very easy from this location.

noise disturbancepartial view
i was disappointed by the noise. a wedding reception created a three-hour disturbance. also , i booked a room with a direct sea view , but i had a partial view. i asked to speak with the manager about changing rooms , but my request was ignored.
